The public toilets, including an accessible toilet, are located on Level 2. Public toilets are also located within Sainsbury's which is located on Level 0 and also includes an accessible toilet. The accessible toilet requires a radar key. These are available from security if guests do not have their own. Guests can call security on 0207 794 7716 for access. Please note that all bathrooms are regularly maintained by both male and female attendants.
The O2 Centre has taken guidance from Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities. Our accessible toilet has been updated to include the correct Stoma Facilities. These can be found on Level 2. The toilet now includes wall hooks, a colostomy bag shelf, and the correct disposal facilities.
We have a baby changing room and facilities on Level 2 just opposite the main toilets, in the corridor leading to The Venue and Management Suite.
We have a Multi-Faith Prayer Room available to all guests. This is located opposite the family room on Level 2.
The O2 Centre has free Wi-fi throughout the centre. Just join the 'O2 Centre Guest' network and you will be connected automatically every time you visit.
Visit IMO car wash in the car park of the O2 Centre for a great wash and personal service! IMO is the world's largest dedicated car wash company. They wash over 10 million cars a year in the UK, recycle 90% of their water and only use biodegradable cleaning products.
We have automatic doors at both entrances and lift access between floors to enable full use of the centre by every customer. In the car park, we have wider car parking spaces which are located closer to the doors for ease of access.

There are two Amazon lockers (Grin and Simpson), located across the O2 which may be accessed any time that the centre is open. Additionally, there is another Amazon Locker (Nael) located inside Homebase.

The Venue and The Gallery rooms are available to local businesses for a small charge. They are located on Level 2 via the corridor to the family room and Gymboree.
If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.
We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.
We have two photo booths at The O2 Centre. Find them on Level 1 opposite Waterstones.
