Wagamama's legendary chicken Katsu curry dish has been re-invented for summer with a lighter salad version now available. The brand-new Chicken Katsu salad features chicken (or tempeh – soybeans) in crispy panko breadcrumbs, edamame beans, pickled Asian slaw, pea shoots, Japanese pickles, red chillies and a side of curried salad dressing.
Other new dishes on the summer menu include Spicy Miso Mackerel with kimchee, Ssambap Lettuce Wraps with pickled slaw, and Sticky Miso Corn, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onions.
