Fresh dishes full of new flavours have arrived at our restaurants for spring. From fiery chilli dough at Zizzi to the new Bourbon king burger at Byron, you'll love dining out this Easter-time. Here are our top picks hot off the menu....

Fiery kicks at Zizzi


Step into spring with an array of tasty new dishes at Zizzi. From smoked mozzarella bombetti to start, to wild garlic fettuccine and fiery bomba rustica pizza for spring special mains, you won't be disappointed. 

Wash it all down with a new botanical gin cocktail and make sure you end your night with the new berry tiramisu for dessert. Bellissimo! 

Bourbon king at Byron


Glazed with sticky Bulleit Bourbon BBQ glaze and topped with Monterey Jack cheese and bacon fat onions, the new Bourbon king burger at Byron is a feast for your eyes as well as your stomach. 

You can also say a big Byron welcome to the new halloumi fries and BBQ glazed wings. Just to tip you over the edge, order the new Mississippi shake - a cookie dough and brownie milkshake. It's worth the food coma after!

Take your pick at YO! Sushi


From cod nanbanzuke to pork belly bao, the new additions to the menu at YO! are well worth a trip out this spring. We love the new vegetable tempura dish served with a zingy sesame vinegar sauce.

The main attraction this season though has to be the new espresso ice cream mochi - a smooth and creamy coffee ice cream encased in a sweet rie ball and made with activated charcoal. Yes, you read that right!

Go veggie at Nando's


We know Nando's is all about the chicken, but there's a new dish on the menu which is mighty enough without the meat. The new veggie cataplana dish has mixed a pinch of PERi-PERi with chargrilled vegetables, earthy chickpeas and haricot beans in a rich, spicy tomato and coconut sauce - and the result is delicious. 

For a side, try the new halloumi sticks served up with a chilli jam dip. Nando's just got even better!
