Byron at O2 Centre is your little foodie retreat away from busy London life where you can find the best burgers in town
Let’s talk about burgers, baby
Burger and fries from £8.95, beer-battered onion rings, the Byronosaurus-Rex monster hamburger that’s made a comeback… Byron knows how to pack big flavour between a bun. These Proper Burgers made from 100% British, grass-fed beef, as well as the buttermilk chicken burgers, are so satisfying you’ll be back for more.
Yummy vegetarian options
The four veggie/vegan burgers at Byron are as delicious as they are inventive. The Jackstack Burger is layered to the hilt: veggie bean patty, pulled BBQ jackfruit, smashed avocado, baby spinach, rainbow slaw and coriander. The Cheese Melt, Beetnik and V-Rex burst with flavour too.
Beers from London brewers
What goes best with a juicy burger? Beer, of course. The Byron Lager is brewed by Camden Town Brewery, or ask your server for their finest pint of Camden pale ales, lagers and speciality beer. Bermondsey craft beer from Fourpure family brewery is on tap, or take a refreshing gulp of Hawkes Urban Orchard cider, made from London-pressed country apples by an independent Bermondsey cidery.
Don’t hold back on the desserts
Puddings at Byron are indulgent. The Oreo Cheesecake is permissible gluttony, while the gooey chocolate brownie or choice of ice cream is seventh heaven. Alternatively, there are thick milkshakes to hit that sweet spot.
