Creative Movement - Galit Criden
At a time where the rapidly changing non-stop culture, transforms the way we view ourselves and react to one another I invite you all to participate in a unique movement class – Teaching us how to reconnect and learn to use your bodies again.
What can you expect?
At first we will practice to create a clean and relaxed work environment, each participant in their own way takes part and influences the formation of the group and the construction of the meetings.
We will increase our awareness of the body and of the space around it, learning how to use our mental and emotional state to fully perform what we need to do.
We will improve our ability to move between different situations, through a process of guided improvisation. The work is based on a process. The benefits and products from it can be used in any type of working structure, dance, or any type or form.
Whom am I?

This class deals with the most basic aspects of using our bodies. How do we start moving? When do we stop? What are the rules? What choices can we make when are faced with big life transitions? And how moving our body is connected to all of this?
This movement class is intended for all those who wish to let go, move and have fun. It is for women from all ages who want and miss dancing in a safe and free space. Through mindfulness, performative, contemporary dance principles and guided improvisation, we will learn new ways how to understand our bodies and what they are capable of.
